What is your COVID-19 Policy?

Our building is operating normally.

  • FOR ANYONE WITH KNOWN COVID-19 SYMPTOMS OR EXPOSURE, DO NOT ENTER THE BUILDING. 

  • When you arrive, please come inside to check in at the front desk. 

  • Between 8:00am - 8:30am Monday through Thursday, our priority is SURGERY and DENTAL DROPOFF. 

  • When our lobby is at full capacity, all others will be asked to wait in their vehicles for an exam room.

  • Masks are optional but recommended for unvaccinated clients per CDC guidelines.

Do you accept walk-ins?

​

We do not accept walk-ins for doctor visits. We offer urgent care slots that must be pre-booked before arrival. Please call for availability. 

​

For visits like nail trims, anal gland expressions, cytopoint injections, adequan injections, or laser treatments, you do NOT need an appointment and can come anytime we are open. All patients must be current on their rabies vaccine.

What types of payment do you accept?

​

We accept cash, personal checks, debit, credit, ScratchPay and CareCredit. Payment is due in full at the time of service.

Are you accepting new patients?

​

Yes, we are currently accepting new patients. When visiting us for the first time, please bring any prior medical records and/or vaccine history from other clinics.

Our new patient form can be found HERE. Please take a few minutes to fill it out ahead of time for easier check-in.

5.

I am a new patient, what should I expect?

​

When you arrive, our receptionists will get you checked in and have you fill out new client paperwork. You can fill it out ahead of time by clicking HERE.

​

After checking in, a technician will bring you into an exam room and get everything ready for the doctor. 

​

Next, the doctor will do a physical exam and address any concerns you have with your pet. 

6.

When do you perform surgeries and dentals?

​

We currently perform surgeries MON, TUES, and THURS mornings and dentals on TUES and THURS mornings. 

​

All patients must be seen by a doctor before scheduling a procedure and be at least 5-6 months of age at the time of the operation for routine spays or neuters.
